Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. From "My account", your subscription stops at the end of the period you've already paid for and you automatically switch back to the free plan. Your projects are kept.

What happens if I change plans mid-month?

The change is immediate and prorated: you only pay the difference for the remaining days.

What happens to my projects if I switch back to Free?

Nothing is deleted. You keep access to all your projects; only creating new projects and paid features are limited.

Is VAT added on top?

No, the displayed price is the final price (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). An invoice is available for every payment in your billing portal, with your VAT number if you have one.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of subscribing, prorated for the period already used: just write to hello@scenorama.app. Details in the Terms of Sale.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, CB, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are handled by Stripe: Scenorama never sees your card details.
