The Scenorama Partner Program allows content creators (“affiliates”) to recommend the service and earn a commission on payments made by the customers they refer. It is operated by Antium Digital (entreprise individuelle Franck MEYER, SIREN 482 165 123). Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Access to the program
The program is by invitation only. The affiliate has a Scenorama account, a personal link, a promo code and a partner area in which to track statistics and commissions. Specific conditions (rate, duration, discount offered to customers) are stated in that area and may vary from one affiliate to another.
2. Attribution of a customer
- A customer is attributed to the affiliate if they create their account after following the affiliate's link, within the tracking period stated in the partner area (cookie), or if they use the affiliate's promo code when making their first payment.
- A customer can only be attributed to a single affiliate; the first attribution is final.
- Affiliates may not attribute to themselves their own subscriptions or those of accounts they control.
3. Commissions
- The commission is calculated on the amount actually paid by the customer (after discount, excluding refunds), at the agreed rate, for each payment made during the agreed period starting from the customer's first payment.
- Each commission remains pending for 30 days, a period covering the right of withdrawal and refunds, and then becomes available.
- A refunded, disputed or fraudulent payment cancels the corresponding commission.
4. Payment
- The affiliate requests payment of available commissions from their partner area, from €50.
- The affiliate sends a corresponding invoice to hello@scenorama.app. The affiliate must have a status allowing them to issue invoices (micro-enterprise, company, etc.) and remains solely responsible for their tax and social security obligations.
- Payment is made by bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.
5. Promotion rules
- In accordance with Law No. 2023-451 of 9 June 2023 on commercial influence, the affiliate clearly discloses the commercial nature of their content (with the label “Publicité” [Advertising] or “Collaboration commerciale” [Commercial collaboration]), legibly throughout the content. A written contract is concluded in the cases provided for by law.
- The following are prohibited: misleading promises, spam, fake reviews, bidding on keywords containing “Scenorama” in paid advertising, use of the trade mark in an account name or domain name, and any incitement to the unlawful downloading of protected content.
- Scenorama visuals and the Scenorama trade mark may be used solely to promote the service, without modification.
6. End of participation
Either party may end participation at any time by email. Available commissions are then paid in accordance with the usual rules. In the event of a breach of these terms (fraud, misleading promotion, etc.), the publisher may suspend the partner account and cancel the commissions concerned.
7. Changes and governing law
The publisher may amend these terms by notifying affiliates by email at least 30 days in advance; rates already agreed are not changed retroactively. These terms are governed by French law; failing amicable agreement, the courts within the jurisdiction of Agen shall have jurisdiction.
